In this role, you will design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents while collaborating across teams to deliver end-to-end, AI-powered products. Responsibilities:

• Design and implement advanced AI agents using Python, LangChain, LangGraph, and modern reasoning frameworks.
• Build scalable backend services with Java Spring Boot, intuitive frontends with Next.js, and mobile applications with Flutter.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI models in production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business logic into robust AI-driven architectures and user-centric product features.
• Ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Python, with excellent coding, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents, RAG pipelines, or autonomous systems using LangChain/LangGraph.
• Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design for solving complex technical challenges.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks (Next.js/React), mobile development (Flutter), and backend engineering (Java Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices).
• Ability to balance rapid prototyping with production-grade development.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across diverse teams.

Bonus Points:

• Experience deploying AI models in real-world production environments.
• Knowledge of orchestration tools, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), or containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
