About the Role

We are now seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Product Owner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between clients and development teams, ensuring product visions are transformed into actionable outcomes. Your leadership will be key in delivering high-quality solutions that align with business goals and market demands.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the development team, ensuring alignment on project goals.
• Translate product vision and strategy into actionable tasks that support market and business objectives.
• Serve as the product’s chief design architect and take ownership of the Functional Specification Document.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it reflects current customer needs and business goals.
• Gather and analyze client requirements to create detailed user stories that drive the development process.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure features meet expectations and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager, preferably in an agile environment.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and product development lifecycles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a product-based company.
• Product Owner certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner).
